Deaf Dogs Rescue Australia Welcomes You

About Us
Deaf Dogs Rescue Australia Ltd
At Deaf Dogs Rescue Australia we want to make sure deaf dogs have the same opportunities as all dogs.
Deafness is not a disability that stops them from loving their families, being well trained or participating in normal activities. We strive in all we do to ensure they enjoy the same quality of life as hearing dogs.
Deaf Dogs Rescue Australia was founded by Jai Wilson in 2017 - having adopted a deaf dog with anxiety issues she found there were very few support networks to help owners. She has tirelessly networked with international and local groups to provide ensure deaf dogs are given a chance and to build our library of resources for all owners.
Our services include rescuing deaf dogs, rehoming, fostering, training, support and advice. We are all about the dogs and doing what is best for them. We have a small but dedicated team of volunteers who manage our rescue and who offer advice, guidance and training. You can learn more about our work on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
We are a registered Not for Profit organisation. We are based in Sydney but support dogs regardless of their location. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more information.
